The The Douglas Apartment Building is one of the older historical buildings in downtown Douglas. It is located directly across the street from Beery Park and one block away from Wade's Bayou Park on the Kalamazoo River. The building has undergone several renovations and currently accommodates two retail spaces and four apartments. Space is available for more retail opportunities.

Long term and short term leases are often a possibility, and one apartment is set up for a vacation rental. At the moment one upstairs apartment is available for a long term rental.
